Group Fitness Program
Classes are offered seven days a week. We have a wide range of classes
to match your needs, interests and schedules, including:

Group Fitness Classes
Weekday classes are held in the morning, afternoon, and evenings. Saturday and Sunday classes are held at 8:00 and 9:00
in the morning. Jukido Jujitso is held on Saturday morning at 10:15. There is a charge for this class. All of
our experienced and motivating instructors are certified.

Group Fitness Schedule and Descriptions
Cardio Lab
Our Cardio Lab consists of treadmills,
elliptical machines, Cybex Arc Trainer, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, rowing machines, stair climbing machines and Cardio
Theater.
Nautilus Equipment
The Full Nautilus circuit
area includes 5 leg machines, 8 upper body machines, 3 abdominal machines, and a lower back machine. This provides our members
with a full body workout.
Free Weights
Free weight room is 1600 square
feet full of weights, dumb bells, benches, and for example we have 3 cable stations, smith machine, and a power rack.
Keiser X-press 30-Minute Circuit Training Area
This area contains eight Keiser machines powered by air hydraulics. The
circuit includes 5 machines to target upper body and 3 machines to target legs. These machines provide
an effective workout in just 30 minutes.
Personal
Training
Each new member will get an orientation session. This session is designed to make members feel
comfortable navigating the nautilus and cardio equipment. We also offer an Introductory Personal Training Session at
a reduced rate. This session includes assessments, body fat analysis, nutritional counseling and specific training on
the equipment of your choice. If you feel you need a change in your routine or you would like more one on one instruction,
Certified Personal Trainers are available. If you have any questions or need additional information please call

Racquetball Court and Wallyball
Racquetball is included in most of the
memberships. The court can be reserved up to 48 hours in advance. A net is mounted between the walls for Wallyball playing.

Steam Room
Use of the steam room is included in all
memberships. We have a steam room in both the men’s and woman’s locker room.
Sauna
Use of the sauna is included in all memberships. We have a sauna in both the men’s and woman’s locker room.
Pool
Use of the pool is included in most memberships. There are 3 lanes that are available for
lap swimmers. Please note that these lanes are not available during the water aerobics classes and some Swim Club lessons.
See the aerobics schedule for the times of these classes. There are no lifeguards so; an adult must accompany children.
Hot Tub
Use of the hot tub is included most memberships. It is recommended that children do
not use the hot tub.
