Kids Birthday Parties
During the party, a pool attendant conducts games and activities. Kid’s Fitness area will include fun and exciting games and movement activities on our specially designed apparatus. Children will be able to climb and roll on our colorful foam shaped mats, jump high on our parachute games and a lot, lot more. Parties are scheduled on weekends only. The parties on Saturdays are at 1:30 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. On Sundays we have three times: 11:00 A.M., 1:30 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. Parties are 2 hours long and consist of 45 minutes in the kid’s fitness area, 45 minutes of supervised games & activities in the pool and 30 minutes in the birthday party room. A private room is provided with tables, chairs and tablecloths. You supply the cake and/or ice cream, snacks, drinks and decorations. A refrigerator and freezer are available for use. The price of the party is $200.00 for a member and $225.00 for a non-member. Prices are for up to 15 children. Additional children (up to 25 max.) are $8.00 each. Additional time is available for the last Saturday party at a rate of $30.00 per ½ hr. A $100 deposit is required to book the party; balance is due the day of the party. Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the attendants. A full refund less a non refundable $25.00 deposit is given only if the cancellation is 4 weeks or more in advance of the party date. After that time a 50% refund is issued. Dress Code: Gymnastics slippers or bare feet are mandatory while on the kid’s equipment. Children may want to wear comfortable workout clothing and sneakers. We recommend that any children who have long hair, for safety reasons, should tie their hair back in a ponytail to keep their hair out of their eyes. Parents Responsibilities: Host parent must be present at all times. Have a signed release and indemnification form for each child. Supply own birthday cake and bring your own party goods. Host parent is responsible for the enforcement of the birthday party policies and rules. Additional Services: Helium Balloons $12.00 a dozen Party favor T-shirts $6.00 each |
